Grand Hotel Fleming by OMNIA hotels

This hotel is the place for group tour so unless you're forced to be in one, don't pick this place for leisure, quiet time. It was chaotic when I got there. We have several tour groups packing the hotel, kids and teenagers running left and right when I got to my room, very noisy at that. They also messed up our double/ single bed booking. The vending machine on the second floor did not work. The elevator made a creaky sound when it moved when I was in it. Wifi faded in and out like the ocean wave. Room was fine, shower worked. A standard and below place to stay.

By far, this hotel was the most terrible one we experienced during our trip in Europe. The people in front desk are not welcomed at all. The room was so hot and the air conditioner doesn't work properly, when we asked them to fix it they said that it is centralized and couldn't be controlled from the room. The breakfast is awful, you cannot even have a normal hot coffee as the coffee machines are old. Inside the room they don't even provide you with a simple bottle of water and asking you to by it. There is no even a simple tea maker inside the room. The internet connection is terrible and is low speed. The location is also very far from the center and sightseeing, it takes almost 30 minutes to go to the center by taxi and it costs euro 40 each time.

It was the worst expereince ever First the room was too hot the IC is likely to be closed and when i asked the reception for assist they told me they can’t do anything. Second the room was full of fly&bug i found a 7-8 of fly and it was very annoying. Last the electric light was connect to each other so you have to choose to sleep with a whole light open or whole light close i couldn’t sleep well. Also the manger of the reception was too rude to us she has no any good attuide. It was a very bad stay and i don’t reccomended it to anyone.
