Top hotel, as promised on the website, comfortable rooms, splendid food, nice garage space for my car, breakfast also splendid! My son had an accident on the stairs, excellent help… definitely will visit it again A1 top.
It was a wonderful journey, filled with positive emotions. The staff was excellent, displaying high levels of hospitality. In particular, the receptionist, ION, was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. He is a true gentleman and a positive person! Thank you all!
I went end of August from Germany to spend my holiday there. I was really excited , at first .Although the hotel was beautiful and elegant, I couldn't relax and enjoy my time. My experience with some of the employees was pretty unpleasant. The second day when I went down for breakfast I accidentally heard one member of the staff (he didn't noticed me) cursing out a tourist who just arrived, because the tourist didn't parked at the right parking lot and he had to move the car. Some of the staff at the breakfast didn't spoke any language other than Italian. That's not a problem, but when I needed something and tried to explain it , even show it to the young blonde lady, her response was : si si, but after that she rolled her eyes when she went to bring it. And that was the second time she was disrespectful. I couldn't imagine that in such a sophisticated and elegant hotel can happen something like this. I was shocked and very sad ... At the reception was also an unpleasant interaction with a gentleman. I asked some questions, he responded briefly and after that he looked in his papers like he wanted to show that he is busy and it's time for me to leave. It's such a shame, because I never left a place with the feeling that I don't want to come back, except this hotel and I visited many countries and hotels before. Good advice: if you still go there and you need something or you have a problem please look for Daniela at the reception. She is a lady in every aspect of the word: professional, intelligent, kind and very helpful.
