Grand Hotel Gulsoy

Our stay at this hotel was one of the best we’ve had in Turkey. The breakfast was delicious, the cleanliness was excellent, but the real highlight was the staff – especially the amazing gentlemen working there. There were so many of the gentlemen that we couldn’t even catch all their names, but each one was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. They assisted us with parking, carrying our luggage, making reservations, and even explaining how to get to the places we wanted to visit. Always with a genuine smile on their faces – something that’s very rare to find. Shahinaz at the reception was also very kind and helpful. It’s honestly very rare to find a hotel in Turkey where the staff are always nice and smiling. As a big family who travels to Turkey every year, this year’s experience was completely different – and all thanks to them. Highly recommended. We will definitely be coming back!

Had a delightful stay here. The level of service from the staff is closer to 5 stars rather than 4 and they could not have been more helpful. The room is modern, clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is a standard buffet and while nothing to brag about, food was adequate. The spa is beautiful although treatments are expensive and my treatment was shorter than paid for. Location is excellent with a view of a beautiful mosque opposite and good access to the most famous parts of the city
