Grand Hotel Hotel Boutique Tepatitlán

The hotel is conveniently located in the town center. Each room has a nicely decorated theme. The hotel provided great service. We had a package delivered to the hotel prior to our stay and they held it for us. They offered delicious complimentary breakfast. Overall highly recommend this hotel and a plus if you stay in their mandel room.

We stayed in the Aida room it was a beautiful clean room.. Martin, Fanny, and the manager were all so wonderful and have great personality. They were so helpful, food was great, environment was so welcoming. We did a massage it was a great price for 1 hour. Anything we needed they took care of definitely recommend to anyone.

Sincerely one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasures of staying in. Not only is it located in the center of Tepatitlan, but is also surrounded by several restaurants. This hotel is very luxurious and its customer service is beyond excellent. I stayed In (Thai), one of the thirteen thematic rooms this hotel has. The room was pretty spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the attention to detail has surpassed any other hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything in this room was perfect, but there are a few things I must point out. The sink took forever to drain out. The TV in the room was a little small. Some of the pillows were being held closed by velcro and the stuffing would spill out. The temperature of the water in the shower was very uncontrollable. Not only was it scolding hot, but could potentially cause severe burns and really hurt someone. Nonetheless, this hotel is espectacular. I highly recommend it, and would definitely stay again.
