Grand Hotel Konya

My stay at Grand Hotel Konya was excellent. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and great service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was very professional and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and spa, were top-notch, making it a great place to unwind. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Konya

My recent stay at the hotel was decent overall. while the rooms and lobby are showing their age and could use some modernization. The view from my room was nice (the area near the hotel is a bit barren) but looking just a bit further and you have a beautiful view of the city. The absolute highlight was the staff. They were amazing, friendly and helpful which made the stay pleasant. All in all, it's a decent hotel offering good value but as mentioned before a renovation to refresh the Interior to modern standards would evelate the hotel significantly

A room service person used her general room key to open my door without knocking on the door. When I complained to the "Boss" of the hotel with the tour group guide, the boss's attitude was very rude. He even argued that I was affecting their operations. The room service lady even wears a name tag band from a Taiwanese Travel Agency "Cola Tour". The shower room does NOT have a door to prevent shower water from splashing to the rest room. The iron board is rusty as indicated in the photos below. I really doubt how this hotel obtained its 5-star qualification. Should you want to make reservations with this hotel, please note that you could be taking some serious risks.
