Grand Hotel

Perfect! My first time visiting Kraków and it’s was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is virtually on the square and is on the doorstep to all central activities. Also wanted to mention I left my charger in a restaurant one night and didn’t realise till I was back at the hotel and realised the restaurant was shut at this point… The most amazing/friendly/helpful receptionist ever Justyna lent me her personal charger after I told her what I had done! But previously to this occurrence at around teatime-ish when I was going out Justyna greeted me and was so nice asking me about my stay at the hotel, as well as if I was enjoying Kraków… then two gentlemen approached to check in which I moved away and sat down waiting for my family to come down. As I sat waiting I could hear how helpful and friendly she was to the gents, asking her questions and she was so helpful with her responses! As this was happening an elderly couple had ordered a taxi to take them to a restaurant but were confused as to where it was waiting for them. After Justyna finished helping the two gentlemen she approached the couple and went with them outside to help make sure they got into the correct taxi. So so friendly / approachable and super helpful. Thank you for making mine and my families stay at The Grand Hotel perfect!

Beautiful old hotel in an ideal location. Two minute walk to the main square , old town. ( this can be a little noisy at weekend but outwith the hotels control) Management and Staff go over and above to help their guests. We would highly recommend the Grand Hotel.

Very outdated and not even close to 5 stars. We came there at 23h and had to find another accommodation as the rooms offered were very outdated and moldy. The overall impression of the check-in and the hotel was very scary. I felt completely fooled as the pictures didn't present not even close condition of the rooms.
