Grand Hotel Kronenhof

Beautiful view of Piz Bernina! Lovely establishment and grounds. Great staff, nice breakfast, impressive lobby and common areas. Rooms were comfortable, well equipped, and clean. Wonderful pool and spa area! Located in a cute town. We had the luck of being there for their biweekly market on Thursday and got to get a taste of the sweet town. Really nice experience!

All around 5/5 experience. Their half board offering is very worth it. The food and service in the restaurant were suburb. For both dinner and breakfast the staff is exceptional. A very well oiled machine with patience, skill and genuine demeanor. The rooms were spacious, two twin beds pushed together with separate duvets, European style. Gorgeous bathrooms with heated floors. We had massages at the spa which were some of the best we’ve had. The spa itself was clean, well maintained and greatly relaxing. The lap pool has an impressive view of the mountains. We had pre dinner drinks in the bar every evening. Drinks were fantastic, sometimes it did take 15-20 minutes to get them though, so keep that in mind for timing. Again, overall great experience and certainly hope to return in the future.

My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at the Grand Hotel a few years ago and absolutely fell in love with it! We decided to return a few years later to share the experience with his sister and brother-in-law from Germany. They loved the hotel as much as we do. The meals are incredible, the views spectacular, the rooms impeccable, and the pool and spa area very relaxing. If we didn't live so far away in Colorado, USA, we would visit more often. I can't say enough great things about the Grand Hotel Kronenhof!!!!
