Grand Hotel La Pace

The rooms were well decorated, the furniture good quality and the bed firm. The bathroom was similarly well appointed. The public areas of the hotel were large and beautifully decorated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and polite. We had a problem with the room safe (the battery had gone), we reported it at reception and in no time at all, the maintenance had come and dealt with it. Food was of a good standard - we had very good three course meals in the evening. There is also a wide range of drinks including many excellent cocktails. The hotel was very clean, cleaners constantly working. I have read some of the one star reviews and can't understand that they could be for the same hotel. We were very pleased with La Pace and have recommended it to friends.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful hotel. The staff are INCREDIBLE, polite, helpful, couldn't do enough for us. They catered to dietary requirements so well, making me special egg free puddings, made us laugh, and were true professionals. The rooms were clean and we had a stunning view of the pool, sea, and vesuvius! I'd go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for such a fabulous holiday!

Beautiful hotel… firstly the staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel lobby, bar and restaurants are beautiful in a classic Italian style. The food was amazing with a good mix from day to day with some meals served in the restaurant and other in the terrace by the pool. There were plenty of drinks options to choose from throughout the day. The bus service was excellent into Sorrento and back with several trips available throughout the day and evening. Lastly, the views from the hotel and the pool were stunning with views over bay to Vesuvius.
