5 (five) ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐? How? I'm profound disappointed and frustrated with the conditions encountered during my recent stay at your hotel in Varna, Bulgaria. As someone who had been looking forward to a relaxing vacation, was shocked by the state of the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that the facility was not up to the standard expected. The overwhelming smell of mustiness and decay was unbearable, indicating that the hotel has not been properly maintained. Additionally, there was a pervasive and nauseating smell of insect killer that lingered throughout our stay. Furthermore, the room was unacceptably dirty. Dust covered the surfaces, and there were clear signs that it had not been cleaned thoroughly, if at all, before my arrival. To make matters worse, discovered multiple bugs and spiders in the room, which only added to our discomfort. The combination of a dirty room and the overwhelming insecticide smell made the stay intolerable.

Maybe it is me who expected too much when I saw this hotel as being a 5 star rated hotel, but our room was dirty, we found bugs and spiders. It has a bad smell and it is not the place to go to if you have asthma problems. As for the location, it is very nice located in the heart of Varna.
