I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. In particular, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Muhannad Karadsheh. Muhannad’s dedication, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay especially memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile, demonstrating true hospitality and professionalism. Absolutely horrific hotel! I stayed with a group and every one of our hotel rooms were dirty, hair in the drains, broken lamps and our bathroom smelled like cat pee. The beds are a box spring with a worn foam pad on top. DO NOT STAY!
