Grand Hotel Majestic

Pros The staff are fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located close to town, making it easy to explore the area. The lakeside setting is truly beautiful, especially in the evenings, and having direct access to the lake for wild swimming is a real highlight. Areas for Improvement The food could use some attention, as it doesn't quite match the overall standard of the hotel. Breakfast options are quite limited, and there's an additional charge for alternative egg preparations. The beds also leave something to be desired; the "double" is actually two singles pushed together, and the duvet setup is awkward. The sheets don’t fully enclose the duvet insert, leaving part of it exposed when sleeping, which raises concerns about cleanliness as I’m not sure if those are washed after every use.

I stayed here for a long weekend. I was attending a wedding nearby. Positives: stunning location, beautiful architecture, clean, amazing food, that view!!! Negatives: AC is not strong enough to keep rooms cool. When we checked in, there were five people behind the front desk. The elevator is adjacent to that desk. We had very large suitcases and not one person offered to help! There were no other guests waiting to be served. This is unacceptable. Coffee at breakfast was weak. Fake flowers at the entrance and in the lobby? This is a big miss! Four stars.

Location was good. We stayed in Apartment which it costed 800euro for one night, but they said in Apartment they clean just once in the 3days.(We stayed for 4days) We didn’t have enough Towl and toilet paper. Apartment is 150m far from Hotel and there was no Phone in the room which it can contact with Reception. And we went with Dog, they said our Dog is Big(Golden Retriever) so it cost 60euro per night, but they are not aloud to go in the Garden in the Hotel and private Lake (ofcourse I clean always the Poop) There is no place to do Pipi around 300m. We pay for 4night 240euro Just for our Dog. This Hotel is absolutely not for Dog! The women in the Reception was not bad but she was like student who she works just in Sommer. The way she talked was not professional. This was really expensive stay without no service. I don't know about Hotel Room,but Apartment is really to extensiv wirhout Service. And Swimmingpool was just until 7pm and Check-out was 10am (I feel its to early) Never come back.
