Grand Hotel

Stayed here by myself for 1 night in August 2025. It was my first time to stay in a hotel overnight by myself. I love this hotel. 😊I come out to the grand for dinner quite a bit. Dinner was lovely staff very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely quiet & clean and just fine for 1 person for 1 night. 😊Breakfast was lovely buffet breakfast was really nice. Would love to come back again by myself!!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is undergoing some renovations! We went to the pool & were told that there no dressing rooms, the chap explained everything so simply and quickly! We were given robes etc to wear afterwards to go to our room! The pool is absolutely FAB! I can’t wait to go back for another dip! All staff were very attentive! My only issue was we were waiting to be seated and ended up being 3 minutes late for the lunch menu because we were waiting and were refused the option of the lunch menu. Not the end of the world but we did eat elsewhere. Very comfortable rooms, bar, lounge areas. A very relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back and looking forward to it.

Great location. Hotel is currently being refurbished. Sea view room was large, but the view was at an angle, you had to go to the window to see the view. Complicated process to get to our room using 2 elevator. Breakfast room was pretty with a nice view, but long walk from room. Access to nice gym next door was great. Online checkout system didn't work.
