Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and efficient. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Love this hotel. Have stayed a long time ago and decided to revisit when returning to Melbourne. Good old fashioned quality service, a lovely handwritten card and warm welcome from the manager Denis who goes out of his way. We kindly got upgraded to the loft Executive room. We love the grandeur and the beautiful building and extravagant hallways. The location is fabulous right near teams and southern cross station, check in and out was easy. Can’t wait to return again.
We absolutely love this hotel. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is unique and so comfortable to stay in. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The corridors are gorgeous and quiet. The location is terrific (6min walk to the aquarium). GHM is the only place we stay when visiting Melbourne.
