Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia

I have stayed in many hotels in Sofia, but this one wins the gold medal. I have been here twice now, and both times were pure comfort and satisfaction. The rooms are enormous, more like stylish apartments, with huge bathrooms, smart layouts, and perfect soundproofing. I slept like at home thanks to the high quality mattresses. The gym is very well equipped, the spa and pool are a treat, and even the hairdresser in the building is very good. It is also a plus to have good restaurant options on-site, and the breakfast is excellent, with sweet, savory, and plenty of authentic Bulgarian dishes. The staff make you feel genuinely welcome, and on-site parking is an additional convenient feature of this hotel. It is located at only 10–20 minute walk to the city center, depending on where you are heading to, and from the higher floors, the views of Sofia are breathtaking.

The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel’s location is excellent as well—close to essential services that any tourist might need. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Petya, for her kind and cooperative attitude. She left a very positive impression on us about the hotel.

I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia. The customer service was truly outstanding, staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a great view over the city. One downside: there is no pool area, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this category. However, the well-equipped spa and fitness facilities helped make up for it. Overall, a high-quality hotel experience in Sofia.
