The hotel is close to the slopes which is very convenient. The people are really good and generous, most of them speak English well and helping every time. Sauna, pool and gym are great really enjoyed them. Despite the high level of the hotel activities the room are old, don't have any kink of kitchen devices that could really help kettle for example, there is a small fridge but a regular water bottle is hard to fit in there. The rooms are very clean though, coming back from ski to a clean beds, new towels and orgenized room. The food is OK weird dishes not the ones you expect to see in Italy, some of them were really hard to eat and some are delicious but it's my taste so I can't judge. The service in the first days was terrible you'd have to wait 15 minutes just for the order and the food ends really fast, if you can't come one the first 5 minutes the dining room opens up it isn't for you. At the end though it kinda fixed, the service was quite good.
The hotel is very well located toward the skying facilities. The restaurant service was run by nice people, always available to assist. Rooms were very basic and not really up to a four-stars hotel. They were made by paper (probably) and I could have hear the water running in the room opposite to mine. Also the cleaning service was a tad below the expectations, breaking into my room at 6am…
The hotel is old and it feels like it has never been renovated. It is not even close to 4 stares. The elevator doesn't work, the food is bad and at dinner it takes at least half an hour to receive your order (if you receive it at all, several times we didn't receive it at all). The staff in the dining room is really rude! The spa is ok, but the jacuzzi is really small and always crowded. There is no drinking water in the hotel, they basically force you to buy it from them at a very high price. The beads are not comfortable. The ski room is very small and crowded and broken. The aukustik is terrible, you hear everything in the next room. Very disappointing and no value for money.
