Grand Hotel Moderne

The Grand Sierra Resort was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful from the get-go. Check-in was a breeze, and our room was super clean and comfy. The view was amazing. The pool area was great, tons of space and it was so refreshing. The food was delicious, and the service in the restaurant was top-notch. We really loved [mention a specific dish or aspect of the restaurant experience, e.g., the burgers, the happy hour deals]. Overall, it was a totally awesome trip!

I wanted to like this place. WiFi was unreliable. The AC didn’t work well. The plate of the day was chicken, tater tots and a dessert. The only place to get ice is at the bar and when I asked the bartender he said, “there is not that much, I have to save it for the cocktails.” He then gave me a couple of cubes. Is that customer service? When I asked the front desk they said it was an old machine and he said he would get me more. (I shouldn’t have to ask.) A broken down ice machine for the whole hotel? These details ruined the experience. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean. The front desk was considerate. Great location for Lourdes sites.
