There are some rooms that are old, shabby, smelly and with the wall paper coming off, but when we drew the attention to the reception they immediately changed the room to a newly renovated one. So our experience was great. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast contains a very wide selection of sweets. We will return.
Amazing stay experience, Hotel staffs are kind and polite. They always listened to us and they treated very well. Victor was amazing, he always made sure that we received what we want in the restaurant. Finally, Claudia you made our Italy trip unforgettable. We will miss you!!
Terrible hotel and horrible people are working there. Rooms are old, cold and dirty. Personal are rude and aggressive. Manager and some people at restaurant were shouting at guests almost everyday. Food is awful. I found fly in my food and they did not change my meal. The only good thing is location. However, there was a storm and was impossible to sleep for whole night as the old windows cannot hold the noises. I stayed for 10 days from business trip. IT WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
