The best place of you want to hide from the summer heat and the best hotel there in Pamporovo. Great rooms, good price and for sure we benefit that there was not such crowded and you can feel like a king in this good hotel in the June gap between seasons. Reception in face of the bond women was great service and for sure I recommend it for a summer holiday as well. Only the pool water can be probably but warmer.
The wellness zone is great. The pool was warm. The breakfast and service were amazing. For sure we will stay at the same hotel next time we come nearby
The hotel is nice and the front desk lady showed us the room before we booked it. However the spa center only the pool and hot tube were open. The sauna, steam room were not working. Do not go to the restaurant in the hotel, you would be dissapointed by the staff there.
