all good but...no real coffee before breakfast time...yes you have pulver coffee at the room, however I need a strong espresso :) I went to the reataurant to ask and got a rude answer, you must wait until we serve breakfaust....

This review is for the restaurant and its staff. I attended an event, during the weekend. Service is quite slow and from about halfway into the event they stopped refillling my glass although they did refill for others. The food was average and the portions small, I had indigestion after the event. The bathrooms are quite dirty, and they were dirty from the beginning of the day, not just after use of the guests. Do not recommend.

TL;DR - worst sleep I ever had in a hotel room. Room was very hot, even with both windows open. We couldn’t sleep for the entire night due to the temperature and street noise. The room was already noisy even with the windows closed but we had to choose between the extra noise and sleeping in a sauna. Reception told us the cooling was disabled in all rooms and didn’t offer any solution for the issue. Didn’t expect this in a 4 star hotel. Also I’ve never been in a hotel where you have to ask the reception to change the settings on the room temperature (see attached picture) I also have to point out the bad customer service and attitude from the young lady which sat at reception on the 21st of April. Zero effort to help or at least apologize for the inconvenience; barely bothered to look up at us from her chair.
