Despite the peak season, the hotel managed to handle the large influx of guests quite well. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food offered a good variety and quality. The saltwater pool, however, could benefit from better maintenance. The housekeeping staff were friendly and ensured our room was always neat, while the reception team was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and hope to return in the future.
My girl and I have spent the past two days at this hotel, and we’ve already decided to extend our stay. I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews—our experience has been nothing but positive. The rooms are spotless, smell great, and the overall interior of the hotel feels fresh and well-maintained. The pool, spa, and beach area are all fantastic, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. Everyone we’ve encountered has been friendly, especially the ladies at the reception. They’ve gone above and beyond to help us—giving recommendations on where to eat, places to visit, and answering every question with a smile. Another plus: the hotel is very accessible. There are elevators to everything, so it’s easy to get around without having to walk long distances. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, offering stunning views and a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, 5/5. I felt I had to leave this review after witnessing some incredibly rude guests being disrespectful to the reception staff. It's disappointing to see people treat others that way—especially when the staff are doing such a great job. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was poor, and several staff members were quite rude throughout our visit. We had paid extra for a waterfront room, but were given a different room with no view—and when we raised the issue, the staff refused to offer a refund or any form of compensation. We also specifically requested a non-smoking room, but were given a smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, like an ashtray. Additionally, the beach was overcrowded every day, which made it hard to relax, and the parking lot was constantly full, causing unnecessary hassle. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again
