Grand Hotel Normandy By Cw Hotel Collection

Very happy with our stay at the Grand Hotel Normandy and we strongly recommend it. The hotel is in a good location, five to ten minutes walk from the city centre and only a couple of minutes from a nice area with restaurants and bars. It's also a very pleasant walk into town, through cute narrow streets. The hotel seems quite old fashioned and traditional on the outside, but whilst it had lots of character, it also had very nice modern facilities. Check in was smooth and efficient and also very friendly and helpful. We were shown to Room 157 as it was in a small annex across a yard from the main hotel building. Our room had a comfortable bed, seating and lots of space. The bathroom was modern and everything was clean and worked perfectly. We had a nice TV, and a Nespresso machine and good air conditioning and WiFi signal. The hotel also had a small, heated swimming pool, which we used on a couple of occasions, which was a real bonus. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Bruges was beautiful and should we go back again, we would certainly check out this hotel first

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. While the rooms are on the smaller side, every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure comfort and functionality. The service was consistently excellent — professional, friendly, and attentive. The hotel is located very close to the city centre, with convenient and secure parking available nearby. A special thank you for the sweet gift we received at checkout — we had to leave very early and everything was closed, so it was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated during our journey. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

What an absolutely amazing stay ❤️ I have honestly never stayed in a hotel with more attentive staff. The staff were absolutely amazing. Extra shout out to Morgane and Sana (I am sorry if I spelled your names wrong!). My mum and I are already planning our next trip back. Highlights - very attentive staff - relaxing pool (very warm area so be mindful) - comfy and giant beds - hotel bar open late Thanks to all, we had a great time.
