Amazing hotel, service is top!!! Delicious breakfast 🥞 Sorry not many pictures, we only stopped for 1 night on the way to our holiday resort. Thank you so much 💕🇮🇹✨
Cons: Freezing cold! Centrally controlled air conditioning. We couldn't turn on the heat. No kettle in the room, and when we asked for water - a small cup for 3 euros. Poor breakfast Noisy party on Saturday Pros: Very clean Very friendly staff Great waiter service
Worst and scariest hotel we have stayed in. Upgraded our room because original room smelt so bad and only 4 rooms had working air con. No windows could be opened, wardrobe had hangers only if you were 8 foot tall. Dinner was disappointing, my fruit salad dessert was a bunch of old grapes. Breakfast items were stale. Hardly anyone else in the hotel, some external non paying guests occupied the green coloured pool all day. Weird cots stored in the dark hotel corridors. Adding review as suspiciously many previous 5 star reviews have only made one review before. My advice is stay somewhere else unless you are a fan of the Bates Motel.
