Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. Sebastian really looked after us and made sure our holiday was perfect. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. Great pool too. We will definitely be back again!
The hotel has super nice staff, very kind and helpful. People at reception desk speak good English and they are very helpful. Breakfast was rich and good. We could even get hot tea brought to the table by the lady who was in charge of breakfast. The common areas were really beautiful and rooms were renovated, spacious and clean. The cleaning lady was cleaning the room every day, she even washed the floor or emptied the rubbish bin during our stay. The swimming pool and its area was absolutely stunning. It was situated in the exotic garden constantly taken care of by the garder. The pool met the highest hygienic standards and it was cleaned and ajusted several times a day. Music was also played whilst swimming which emphasized the greatness of this holiday resort. The hotel has a beautiful garden in front of the hotel which gives you a great holiday feeling. I highly recommend this hotel.
Shame the pool is closed as we came specifically as it says it's open on Booking.com. No fridge in the room, Air con is limited to 25⁰.
