Grand Hotel Palace

We flew into Rome on a last minute decision. We wanted to keep costs low, so we rented a vehicle and drove outside of Rome. We came to Terracina… thought it was a perfect place to park ourselves for a couple of days. Came across this gem of a hotel. Grand hotel palace. From the moment we walked in, Federica and her mother made us feel like we were family. They accommodated us with anything and everything. Federica, was very hospitable, and has a wealth of knowledge of the town. Giving us pointers to locations and places to eat and see. In the mornings, mama Federica, would be at the front desk with a warm smile asking if I would like a espresso, to which I must add is the best espresso I’ve had until the next one she made. Thank you so much for making my visit to Terracina a memorable one. The moment I land in the motherland, I will definitely be travelling to Terracina once again, for the warm smiles and the delicious espresso. The view is spectacular from the balcony! Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed one night at the Grand Palace Hotel and wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed a sea view room with a huge balcony. The staff was wonderful and our stay included a delightful breakfast. It is a must stay if you want a quiet seaside hotel.

Great location. Across from the beach. English OK. Clean, large rooms most with small balconies. Small showers....they had room for a standard US-sized shower, but opted for the 3x3 type-cramped. Always the bidet though. Breakfast in the morning. Probably quite nice in the summer.
