Grand Hotel Palace

First of all, the best thing about this hotel was the receptionists who helped us with everything we asked for, even which restaurants to go to. They were respectful and always willing to help, even if there were problems with the room. They arrived within 4 minutes. I really want to mention the excellent breakfast, which was really reminiscent of breakfasts in Israel. I personally loved it very much!! The rooms were spacious and they even upgraded me because it was my bachelorette party. Thank you to the hotel. I will definitely be back. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Our travel agency booked this place for our family. It was a comfortable, clean, well decorated hotel with beautiful accommodations, fast service, & delicious food! The only main downside is that they don't have room darkening curtains, so the rooms were bright, even at night, because of street lights. So, we had to sleep with eye masks, or the light would keep us awake. Also, the pool is very small in comparison with most 4 or 5 star hotels. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

We stayed here with a tour group. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The location is not good however. Some of our people were nervous to walk in the area at night. It seemed like an industrial area. The buffet food was just OK. There is plenty of good food in town but you are not close to it at this hotel. We could not open the balcony window due to a horrible smell outside...not sure what it was but it smelled like the penguin house at the NYC Central Park Zoo. The pool is small and in the basement so it is not a feature. The staff were all nice and accommodating. If the hotel was moved closer to the city center and the pool was outside, it would be much better...but since it is not, there are better places to stay than here in town.
