This was truly one of the most beautiful, relaxing, and well-managed spa hotels I’ve ever visited. But it’s not just a spa it’s a remarkable place that touches your heart and soul. Experiencing the spa in a palace-like setting was an absolute delight. The management and organization of the hotel are outstanding; anything you need is provided quickly, effortlessly, and with genuine kindness by the staff. Everyone is incredibly warm, sincere, and clearly enjoys what they do you can see it in their faces. You don’t feel like a customer here; you truly feel at home. The food, curated by renowned chef Heinz Beck, is exceptional. You can either follow a set detox menu, prepared with care and precision, or choose from an a la carte menu with numerous options all beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The spa itself is run by a team of dedicated and caring professionals, each of whom puts great effort into helping you find healing and well-being. Group therapies are wonderful, and there are also opportunities to relax by the pool or join yoga sessions. The hotel features two or three different pools, each offering a serene environment for rest and reflection. The region is famous for its water, and it truly is something special both drinking it and swimming in it is a rejuvenating experience. I spent a magical 5 days there and left feeling refreshed and recharged. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who made this experience so special. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to rest their body, soothe their soul, and regain energy it’s perfect for every age group. I went with a friend who is 82 years old, and I’m 42 myself and we both enjoyed every moment.

The personalized wellness programs catered to my every need, and the spa... oh, the spa! It's a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation, with top-notch amenities and skilled therapists. The attention to detail and level of care provided by the staff exceeded my expectations. Every interaction was warm, professional, and truly made me feel valued as a guest. The serene surroundings of Palazzo Fiuggi further enhanced my experience, creating the perfect environment for holistic healing and wellness. I left feeling renewed, refreshed, and utterly blissful. Given the price, I expected way more than they offer. The gym was absolute best i have seen, well equipped and designed but it was rather the only thing I enjoyed there although classes were cancelled. We were visiting a Ferrari event, I am not sure what happened there but the breakfast was a disaster. Very very basic hostel style breakfast with mediocre ingredients, not even a good cofee, not what you would expect for a 1000 eur a night hotel. The dinner wasnt much better either. Given the fact, that the hotel is full of potential returning guests, i would not say, they even lived up to the standards. I liked the tenis and padel court as well as the spa but then again, the treatments were overpriced.
