Grand Hotel Park

The room was clean and serviced daily by the staff. The hotel is in a great location, and going out for dinner is often better than the hotel dinner options. Note that there is no room service available. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There’s a lovely bar area, but be aware that water costs €4, which feels excessive when you can buy it in nearby shops for €0.75. Aside from the overpriced water, the hotel is very nice overall, with a beautiful pool area and a good gym. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have been denied the Sea View room that we have paid and booked for. We have been shown an adjacent building from the main hotel which looked like abandoned building. How ridiculous is this. The Front office guy was Very Rude and said they do not have any rooms despite of showing them the confirmation of Sea View rooms that we have paid and booked for. We need to leave the Hotel as we waited for over an hour and there was no help from the guy. We also immediately notified Agoda who promised to resolve but on vain. The front office guy lacked professionalism. My trip was ruined because of the way he handled the situation. I would therefore finally request to reimburse the entire amount despite of wasting my vacation time. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. VERY RUDE FRONT STAFF. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. Hotel Princess and nearby were very good.

The most ruthless staff in a hotel. Receptionists do not have the capabilities to be in a front desk. Cleaning service sometimes good sometimes bad. Breakfast and dinner horrible. No variety plus dinner they force you to pay for drinks, you have not yet started enjoying your meal and the waitress is already trying to charge. Overall, as now being part of the EU, does not meet the overall standards it should. I would never recommend it, specifically scamming as a 4 star hotel.
