Incredibly tasty breakfast buffet with so many options to choose from. Definitely the highlight of the hotel. Super freindly hotel staff and nice, clean rooms as seen in the pictures. 20 meters to the beach and surrounded by beach bars and restaurants
The location is very good, but you don't have to order dinner at the hotel. It is a menu system, where you must choose food a day before, which is not always delicious. Waiters don't speak Italian and don't even say Bon appetit.
Positive Points: • Location: The hotel is well-located, which is a significant advantage for exploring the area. • Room: The family suite room was beautiful and spacious (Surprisingly, the room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle) Negative Points: • Accessibility: This hotel is not kid-friendly. The absence of ramps made it extremely difficult to maneuver a stroller, requiring two people to lift it every time we needed to enter or exit the hotel. Although there is a wheelchair lift, we were unable to use it. • Playroom: The playroom on the lower level was disappointing as the wooden toys were not meant to be touched. • Restaurant: Strollers are not allowed in the restaurant, which is inconvenient for families. Dinner was a cumbersome experience, taking at least 1.5 hours and required selection the evening before. While the food was tasty, we frequently encountered expired vegetables on the buffet. • Language Barrier: The menu was not translated into English, and most of the staff did not speak English, which made communication very difficult. • Staff: The staff was generally indifferent. The lady with glasses at the reception, who also manages a five-star hotel in the mountains, was particularly arrogant. • Common Areas: The hotel lobby was uncomfortably cold, a stark contrast to the hot weather outside, making it easy to catch a cold. • Pool Area: There is no shade by the pool, which is not ideal for relaxation. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a four-star rating. Families with children should definitely avoid this place! It’s not worth the money.
