This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. The hotel is well-maintained and spotlessly clean, with staff that is courteous and always ready to assist. We particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of our room, which harmonized seamlessly with the surrounding ambiance. Here are some pros and cons to consider: Pros: - The prime location offers easy access to restaurants, shops, historical sites, and markets. You can even enjoy a peaceful view of the clock tower in the morning without the crowds. - The hotel is clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. - The breakfast offers a decent selection of dishes and a pleasant view. - The showers are excellent, providing a refreshing experience. Cons: - If your room is adjacent to the clock tower, you may be disturbed by the hourly chimes. The show itself stops at midnight, but the chimes continue every hour. - There’s no direct access to the hotel from the main road, so you’ll need to wheel your luggage to the entrance. While it wasn’t a significant inconvenience for us, it’s worth noting. - The entrance can be crowded with tourists, especially during peak season Despite these minor drawbacks, I believe the overall advantages of this hotel’s location and amenities outweigh the disadvantages.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff is excellent, the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing and we'll looked after. It's a very convenient location for getting around town. Because it is in Old Town Square, it does get noisy. The double windows help a lot, but if you are a light sleeper, you will need something to block the sound of the folks having a good time late into the night. If you want a quieter room, ask for one away from the plaza, if possible.

Location wise, perfect. Booking in and out was simple. Porter showed us to our room. The door staff excellent. Eat inside rather than outside its cheaper. Shower in room. 314 absolutely amazing, like a jet washer.. Decor was eclectic and very much intertwined in the building. Food Breakfast was plentiful..lots of choice continental breakfast with tea and coffees, oh and cake! Has a mini bar but we never used it. Soap and shower stuff was OK.. could have been better, but done the job. Overall - I would highly recommend this a place central to stay..
