The hotel far exceeded our expectations. I have never encountered such impeccable staff. They are well-dressed, kind, and fully focused on their work. The restaurant is fantastic, and the food is prepared to perfection! The wellness area is also excellent! The elegance, cleanliness, and staff of the hotel are truly exemplary!
The entire experience was superb. From the initial contact with the reception during check-in to our departure, everything was handled with great care. The helpdesk staff were very helpful, polite, and always smiling. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and everything functioned perfectly. We enjoyed the best night's sleep. The outdoor pool was a delightful bonus. The cocktails were refreshing, and the food was very tasty with a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend it!
Charming and Peaceful Stay The hotel is definitely older and shows its age, but it still has a lot of charm. You can tell it was once a true luxury destination, and much of that character remains. I would absolutely stay here again! Each room is unique, and the location is wonderfully peaceful. The facilities are pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s just a short walk to town, the train station, and the cable car.
