One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Short on staff and those who are there are not quite helpful either. The rooms are in decay and are worthy of a student hostel not a 4 star hotel in a glorious old palace. I know about Italian breakfast but what they serve is beyond any critic
As a tour guide who brought a group to spend the night in this hotel, I have to say that I had the most unpleasant experience so far in my career. The staff and the girl who works at the reception are very rude and uncultured, they don't know the English language and they don't know the composition of their rooms, instead of three-bed rooms they give four-bed rooms and vice versa, and in the end there is a lack of rooms. They don't move to look at the voucher that I have for the hotel and she presents herself as a manager, which she is not at all. They don't pay attention to email. Since our group is of the Islamic religion, they did not check the note that we duly sent them and they prepared pork for dinner, therefore none of the guests ate. There are no lights in the rooms and anyone can enter the hotel, migrants entered the hotel and search for unlocked rooms and been danger for my pax, but the receptionist was not at her workplace. Terrible experience, avoid this hotel.
Extremely bad experience with this hotel and should be avoided. The staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is generally not up to par. The food that was arranged was not served. During the night, none of the employees were at the reception, so the feeling of security was very questionable because unknown persons entered the hotel, which is why we, as guests, were forced to call the police ourselves. The elevator was not working, and the hotel building has 5 floors.
