Arrived exhausted and drained from TMB. Left refreshed and ready to carry on. All staff were helpful and attentive going out of their way to find the correct charger for my garmin and drying our wet clothes.. thank you

Without a doubt the finest hotel in Courmayeur with its beautiful spa, delicious food, charming rooms and world class service.

My husband and I stopped in to the cafe for lunch. We are vegan and confirmed that the beyond burger on their menu would be vegan without the mayo. When we got our burgers there was clearly a glaze of butter on the bun. We were brought bread which we asked whether it was vegan, the server said she’d ask the chef but never returned to answer our question. No one came after our food was delivered to ask if we wanted anything else. We finally got up and found the server to ring up our bill. She asked if we wanted the receipt to which my husband said “no thank you” and she handed it to him anyways. We understand the Italian culture is of a slower and more relaxed pace, but this service was not that…it was inattentive and careless. The only redeeming quality was that the location was peaceful and relaxing but overall the experience was not.
