Great hotel, great staff. They always had cold water available in the lobby and also from 3-6 they had coffee and pastries. We were 2 families of 4, which they accommodated nicely in 2 family rooms, which were 2 rooms with one entrance. So, each 2 family members had their own bath/shower. And there were 2 more of us just a floor up from our families. Great location as we were a short walk from the Pantheon, Notre Dame and Jardins de Luxemborg (which was absolutely gorgeous). Easy Metro access as well. Breakfast was extra, but nicely done and as much food as you would like. Staff was accommodating, polite and helpful. We were a group of 10 and when we initially were looking into hotel rooms in Paris, we were told that families would have to split up into 2, therefore we would have to pay for 5 rooms! This hotel was the only one we found that the 2 families of 4 could be together. Five stars all around!
We had 2 rooms here in June 2025. The rooms were nice, small as usual for Europe, still adequate for our group. The breakfast was an extra 20 Euros and was pretty good. The breakfast room in the basement was like an old bomb shelter with stone walls and a brick ceiling. Really cool. I would have like to have dedicated shampoo and conditioner instead of a just a multipurpose liquid soap as we don't pack these items. One thing I noticed though was a musty/moldy smell throughout the hotel which permeated out clothes and luggage and followed us home. Friendly helpful staff. A little far from the underground for an old guy with bad joints, but that's my problem.
Very kind and helpful staff from reception to housekeeping and breakfast! Only the rooms are a bit small (typically for Paris). The walls and doors are very thin which means you can hear literally everything from the corridor or other rooms…. But the rooms and bathrooms are nicely done and pretty.
