The hotel isn’t the most glamorous or updated. There’s no kettle / coffee machines in the rooms. Hot water is sparse and the temperature fluctuates quite a bit. The lifts are working so is accessible if needed.
No AC when the temperature is low outdoors, but the room is stuffy. Room design is super out-dated, wifi is not guaranteed for all rooms. Overall, it's not a 4-star hotel standard at all.
