The staff and location were both excellent. The room was normal for Italy with some antigue furniture and simple decorations. Our room had a balcony which allowed for breathtaking views over the sea and town below. The breakfast was amazing!

I had a very disappointing stay at Grand Hotel Sant'Orsola. The room I stayed in was infested with bed bugs. I woke up with my back covered with bites in clusters. When I informed the hotel staff, they dismissed my concerns and insisted that the issue was due to mosquitoes. This response was not only unhelpful but also frustrating. After unpacking when I returned home, I found bed bugs in my luggage and informed the hotel. Despite the clear evidence and my request for a refund, the hotel refused to address the problem appropriately or provide any form of compensation. The lack of care and accountability was shocking. I strongly advise against staying here, as it’s clear they do not prioritize guest comfort or hygiene.
