Nice hotel in the city center I was nicely surprised about the hotel quality. Interior premises as well as the room looks very nice, all very well cleaned and no issues occurred during our stay - all was good. Location of the hotel is in the middle of city center, breakfast tasty, room size was fit for 2 persons, shower big enough. Hotel restaurant available at hotel premises as well as terrace - little bummer is leaving the room until 10AM, not until noon - shower had no shelf inside to keep there shower get ... - beds were tough, but still acceptable - The receptionist should give a smile a little bit more :)

I loved the room! We were on the eastern side and had heavenly sunlight in the morning. Very spacious, clean, has biiig wardrobes and bed, which was comfortable as well. Even tho the hotel is very central, it was quiet on saturday night. Maybe because we were on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was 10/7 but actually perfect for the price. Please, don't cut the edges of the sausages like that, it makes them inedibly dry😩 Reception called at 10:05 that we have to leave the room immediately (check out is at 10), which i didn't like. I mean, we were about to leave anyway + 80% of the hotel rooms were empty...

Today I checked out of this hotel, and I will never step foot in it again. I’m warning everyone: your safety here is purely a matter of chance. Here’s why: 1. Hotel staff can enter your room without permission, using their key cards. 2. The reception staff pretends nothing happened and blames it on a “mistake.” But how can one key open multiple rooms? And how can someone just enter a room without permission or verification? 3. I was the one who suggested possible solutions or compensation — and I’ve still received nothing. At the front desk, they just handed me the bill. Now let me tell you what actually happened. When I got off the elevator on the 4th floor, there was a man smoking right next to it. My room was directly across from the elevator. I calmly entered my room. Just a few seconds later, while I was in the bathroom, I heard the door open. When I came out, the same man was already inside my room. He was walking around chaotically, smiling in a strange way, sitting on the bed, and looking around — as if checking if anyone else was in the room — and behaving aggressively. I reacted quickly, ran into the hallway, and started shouting for help — but no one came. The people who were nearby just ran away, and no one helped me. Meanwhile, the man went into another room on the opposite side of the hallway, opening it with the same key card. This clearly shows he knew exactly where he was going — it wasn’t a mistake, it was planned. Later, I noticed that some of my underwear was missing. I now suspect that this man might have entered my room before, when I was away. I always carry valuables with me, but still — the thought is terrifying. At the front desk, there was a young woman who seemed lost and kept saying the man “entered the wrong room.” But how could he open the door with his card? The manager tried to “resolve” the situation with ridiculous offers — like staying for free next time or coming back again. After something like this? That felt like a cruel joke. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to call the police because I had a bus to catch. But I cannot let this go unnoticed — that’s why I’m writing this, so others are aware.
