Grand Hotel Stella Maris Italia

Best of the best ! The hospitality and service was amazing and we will never forget it . Our family was staying at another hotel and the experience was not the best with no parking etc , we were recommended that we should try Stella Maris and now we will recommend to everyone , from service , location , food and amenities this places is ideal for everyone. Thank you to all the staff at Stella Maris for making a great memory for my family

I recommend this place. The prices are pretty decent, the service is good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was so good too. The restaurant of the hotel offers amazing food and of course, amazing service. I really liked the backyard of the hotel with the pool too. The only downside - we had a problem with the wifi in our room and we couldn't connect well.

The worst hotel in Palmi. I don’t know why got 4 stars, it doesn’t deserve even one. The room was dirty, bathroom super small and water runs terrible because is impossible to regulate the temperature. We were a big group of people and all the rooms were the same. Cockroaches in a few of our rooms. Poor breakfast. The restaurant had a very limited options and wasn’t open all day. The gym is like a trip to the 50’s (but the hotel as well so is like time machine travel). Service was bad, people in the reception weren’t open to help and our room even requesting several times to be clean it wasn’t. Also it didn’t happened to us but some of our friends when they did the check in their rooms dirty with the towels and bed sheets in the floor. Room and pool towels were all full of holes or torn. I don’t recommend the hotel at all.
