Grand Hotel

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to anything you want to visit. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is very clean. What I do not recommend at this hotel is breakfast..very poor.

During my visit they had a sign stating they are operating without fire safety permissions. Parking is horrible, anyone can park there (and they do) leaving no room for guests, they stated they have no guards to manage parking spots. Rooms are ok, nothing outstanding, breakfast is varied.

Unchanged Sheets, Unhelpful Staff – Very Disappointing A Very Disappointing Experience at Grand Hotel, Târgu Mureș, Romania We came to the hotel on a business trip, expecting a pleasant and clean stay. Unfortunately, we were met with major disappointment on our first night. Before going to bed, as we always do, we checked the sheets – and found they had not been changed. There were hairs and other obvious signs that the bed had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We called the front desk and asked for someone to come and change the sheets, but were told there was no such service available at night. When we asked for clean sheets to change them ourselves, we were told they had none to provide. They offered us another room, but we insisted on checking the bed first – and once again, we found used sheets and hairs. The receptionist was unpleasant and unhelpful, making us feel as if we were bothering her rather than reporting a legitimate complaint. Not a single apology was given. This entire ordeal, especially at a late hour, was frustrating and upsetting. Very poor hygiene, terrible customer service – a truly disappointing experience.
