Grand Hotel Terme

We stayed in the hotels one bedroom apartment in Palazzo Nove Cento. Renovated and perfectly organised, clean, bright, with a very spacious patio, it was a great place to rest on fresh air during vacation. We parked the car in the Palazzo gated yard downstairs, that was super convenient. The sea was right in front of the house, so we enjoyed the fresh sea breeze every morning. Walked safely on the promenade with multiple restaurants. The main building of the hotel and a Spa were just few steps away, and it was nice to have a quick walk to premises in the morning. The manager , receptionists and all staff of hotel and Spa was highly qualified, hospitable, and very helpful responded immediately to all our requests. We enjoyed the high level spa experience and the quality of food in the hotel restaurant. To keep ourselves in shape we rode bikes, that hotel supplies upon request with no extra charge. Thank you very much. We definitely will return back next year to this marvellous healing place! After treatment with magic salts we are feeling younger and invigorated Svetlana and Gregory

Was there with a group, travelling by bus. Had a great stay. The rooms are very clean and nice. The view from the balcony was amazing. The service was very professional. I recommend...

Very modern apartment + clean Shower in bathroom was very wide and modern Had bottles of water in the fridge for us to use Beds were very comfortable, surprisingly the sofa bed was very comfortable and wide We were third floor and had nice view of the sea + beach. The only thing was that the apartment had 3 windows and were quite small + color of the apartment, despite having a modern style, was grey and appeared dull due to the somewhat lack of light in apartment and monotone grey color all inside, but we could understand that because of the full-heat in summer this was done for a reason to keep the apartment cool - didn’t bother us much Air conditioning was provided - worked well Spatial living room (with large sofa unfolding it into a sofa bed) + kitchen with an induction hob. However no kettle, toaster or microwave. Apartment relatively quiet apart from the elevator that would ring three times (ding, ding, ding) each time it would open the doors and this was heard continuously throughout the day even inside the apartment each time someone would call the elevator - this could be fixed to make the stay more quiet. We had to go and send the elevator to the bottom floor which we figured other guests were sending it back up because of the noise. Overall, pleasant stay as location from the beach and ‘lido’ was in walkable distance and food at the hotel was extremely tasty (their grilled salmon was delicious) Only minor complication at the end of the stay was to pay at the reception as an error was made in the bill but it was promptly corrected. Therefore, extremely happy - will return again
