I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Honnestly the most beautifull hotel we did go in quebec. The only thing is there was a forgotten bottle of water in the fridge. not a big deal but the beds are soo tough and hard. was like sleeping on the floor... But overall the service was great.
I would rather sleep in my car. For almost 500$/night you would expect that kind of level of service but it is non existent here. You have to request a turndown service before 2pm the prior day… which most people haven’t checked in yet and don’t have that chance to do so. Even then, for the price I’m paying it shouldn’t have to be a request. What’s worse is they only provide enough towels to dry a 20lbs dog. The water temperature in the shower is a joke, you spend more time shivering than lathering. No water bottles provided. They offer “breakfast included” on their website but once you go down in the morning you get to learn from a printed out sign that your room key type doesn’t qualify… again for 500$… are you serious? Honestly, thank god we didn’t expect to eat there because it’s just cereal and pathetic fruit. The fact they even have separate room keys for their sad breakfast at the rate they’re charging is ridiculous. You may see the “owner” reply to chosen reviews here saying they work hard to resolve the issues but staying here you wouldn’t see any proof of that. Sorry… unless you count the 100 signs posted every 20ft that only serve as a red flag that you’re about to hate your stay. Those signs make it very obvious this place is used to getting complaints and doing nothing about it. All that being said and haven’t gotten to the worst part yet… we were charged half a grand per night to be disturbed at multiple times (12am, 1:30am, etc) BOTH NIGHTS, by a hockey team screaming and stomping. Trying to talk to a manager was a nightmare and told there’s nothing they can do in terms of compensation. If you want your issues resolved make sure you request and speak to a manager directly as they seem to be dodgy and avoid getting back to you. With the way this place is run, we will make sure to never put our money in this company again. The only good thing I can say about this place is the water pressure, kudos to the plumbers.
