Disappointed when we first arrived, room dated and shower broken, soon got upgraded, the hotel is dated, flooring terrible in places, lifts are old need replacing.beds are comfortable and rooms are clean, Air conditioner good.The car park is filthy with rubbish, on the upside, staff are wonderful, all of them, food is lovely and not expensive , central location for lecce, pool and area are very good, well kept, easy parking which is difficult in Lecce

The Room we was old and nothing like what I expect of 4 Stars. The bathroom was from the 70s or early 80s and needs urgent care weich meins renovation. The room was loud - heard the Hotels AC nonstop. Nothing what to expect normally. Just here for a Night and I arrived Late otherwise I would have changed it right away. Very disappointing to call something like that a 4 Star Hotell

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel I stayed for two nights and had a truly awful experience. The hotel is old and has a persistent unpleasant smell throughout. The front desk service was practically nonexistent — we reported that the air conditioning wasn’t working both days, and nothing was done to fix it. The only response we got was to “keep the window closed so the system can work,” which made no sense and, unsurprisingly, didn’t help. On top of that, the fridge in our room wasn’t working either. Overall, the facilities are outdated, and the service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
