Big and ell maintakned room Very good service from all the staff but I would like to point out Eugenio Birdan at the front desk Francesco and Claudio at the dinning room who gave us excelent service with the help of all the staff
Classically beautiful hotel with excellent service and good food. Well maintained and friendly staff. There are several pools, all with really warm water -Sauna -Steam sauna -Ice sauna (where it is cold with ice instead of a sauna unit) -Several sections with bubbles. Cant wait until the next oppurtunity to go back! 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This hotel is a bit tired, needs a good renovation. Many of the staff lack warmth or friendliness but that's fine, I don't really speak Italian and perhaps it comes across differently if you are a local. The pools are great. Breakfast is poor, only basic produce, nothing as I'd expect in a 5 star. I think it's really 4 star hotel whose best days are behind it.
