My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Grand Hotel Tritone on what is now our 2nd visit to Praiano. GHT is as described, a true jewel of the Amalfi Coast. Rooms are well appointed yet very traditional. The views from all parts of the hotel are breathtaking. We enjoyed both the beach and pool areas that are spotless. The attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. The highlight of our stay was the level of service provided by the staff…inclusive of the reception desk (Gulia & Michele)), the restaurant staff (Rocco & Albino) and at the bar by Alessandro. One person stood out for always going above and beyond and who literally provided the best service we’ve ever encountered on any trip and that was by Luigi (lounge/terrace/bar manager). He truly made our time that much more spectacular!! We look forward to our next visit back in Praiano and without a doubt know GHT will be where we will stay and so should you!!
Amazing experience. Staff is wonderful especially Rocco, Alessandro, and Andrea!! The front staff is very accommodating and welcoming. The pool and bistro staff made us feel at home! Food is amazing, service is even better. The views are immaculate. We could not ask for a better experience in Italy! 10/10 recommend.
Above and beyond our expectations in every way. Rocco, one of the managers was accommodating in every way and we felt at home everyday. Most resorts in the area have a view, but Tritone separates itself with superior service. Dinner at their upscale restaurant is a must. Everything was delicious. The Beach club was of course the highlight. Pictures don’t do it justice, you need to see for yourself. The dock was perfect for a refreshing dip and you can swim 50 yards to the private beach cove. Lunch there was excellent - go for the Tuna Tokati, the Greek salad, and the ravioli. We tried almost everything and those were the top three. Breakfast is included and wonderful as well. Service is that of a 5 star hotel. Stop strolling and book GHT. Praiano is a hidden gem on the Almalfi coast and hands down has the best authentic restaurants without the crowds of most other towns. Skip Positano unless you’re into crowds and luxury shopping.
