Grand Hotel Van

My family and I stay 4 nights in this hotel , I’d say it is average clean 4 stars hotel - the room and bathroom was clean but the furniture was old - also unfortunately the room was really noisy and you can easily heard the people in corridors. You can order free tea and coffee in your room. The location is great it takes about 16 minutes to access the big malls by walking, and also there is many big stores nearby. The breakfast is good but it some have regular for all days .

If you don't have time to read this comment completely, I would in brief go with "acceptable" 1. The staff were so helpful and nice but they didn't know a word of English; But a little farsi. 2. The rooms were so small and wasn't as good as the Pictures. 3. The breakfast did not have enough variety but the quality was acceptable. 4 The price was high for the quality offered by the hotel! 5. No Jacuzzi was available as offered in many sites. 6. It was so close to the city center and the shopping centers which was really good. 7. The hotel offered free coffees and tea and water every day which was also a good point. 8. The rooms weren't as clean as expected for instance, under the beds were not cleaned and you could find weird stuff on there to bed and that felt bad!

The rooms were spacious, but the staircase leading to the rooms was dirty, and the rooms were noisy. The bathroom amenities included only one shampoo and a bottle of liquid hand soap. The kitchen had no equipment except for three glasses.
