Grand Hotel Via Veneto

This was an excellent hotel experience and a wonderful stay. It is the ONLY hotel that I have ever found where the walls had exceptional soundproofing. Not only did we not hear those in the hallways but even within the room the walls blocked the sound well. In fact I slept undisturbed while my husband showered. Sound was barely detectable. That is impressive! The hotel, food, accommodations and staff are impressive as well. The breakfast was generous and the bar drinks were served with olives, chips and nuts. The rooms were spacious and we were welcomed with champagne and water. The Concierge was of course very helpful, but the staff in general was even more helpful and thorough and always available. Someone was always there to call a taxi and open a door. I think this is my favorite hotel of all time.

Friendly staff, good service and very good breakfast was included in our room. Christina from front desk was very helpful and gave us a good price to upgrade the room we booked. The room was spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. The room service brought all what we asked right away. I wish they had a coffee machine at the room.

This hotel takes the meaning of 5 stars to a different level. Amazing service, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Modern Italian architecture architecture (which I love) makes your stay memorable. The location is also good - only 10 minutes walk from the Spanish Stairs with lots of superb restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We will definitely come back to this hotel when back to Roma.
