Best service specially Lana from reception as soon as we checked in they upgraded our room to the view of Matterhorn and when we were checking out we informed them that we will have our train at 7 and we have a couple of hours to kill and they offered us to go to the spa which was really nice of them also our server Tania from breakfast was super nice and polite and had a fun conversation with us overall great experience 10/10 will recommend . Thank you so much!😁

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Zermatterhof! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive — the level of customer service really stood out and made us feel genuinely cared for. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious with a great variety of high-quality options. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to take another look at the pool temperature. It was quite cold during our visit, which made it hard to enjoy — perhaps it should be a bit puzzling that the main pool stays mostly empty while guests crowd into the jacuzzi. It’s a small detail, but one worth considering given how excellent the rest of the experience was. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We absolutely love this place! Viktoria provided the best service we’ve ever experienced in Switzerland.. She’s incredibly friendly, warm, and empathetic — truly making us feel welcome and cared for. Unfortunately (for our wallets!), she’s also a very skilled seller — hard to say no when the service is this good! Can’t wait to return.
