This 5-star hotel went above and beyond in every way,offering not just luxury, but a genuine sense of comfort and warmth that made us feel completely at home!🙏🏻✨️ From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their kindness, energy, and genuine care. Every member of the team was full of life, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Their hospitality made a lasting impression on all of us.🤍 The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views that we couldn’t get enough of.💙💙💙Whether gazing out at the skyline or relaxing in the room, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The pool area was another highlight: absolutely stunning, serene, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. My entire family was thoroughly pleased and kept commenting on how everything felt effortlessly perfect. My whole family was very happy for all the facilities of the hotel. The food was another standout—the breakfast buffet was rich and varied, while the evening dinners were delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Every meal was a joy thanks to the friendly, professional staff.🙏🏻 We also had the chance to enjoy the spa, and it was simply perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, the treatments were top-quality, and the staff were as professional and attentive as everywhere else in the hotel. We had an incredible time as a family of four! Service was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Fantastic view. We had the best dinner at the lounge and a lovely breakfast in the morning with a great selection and again the staff gave excellent service. Our whole family agrees that this is our new favorite place to stay in Abu Dhabi.

Stay: 1 night | 1 room | Double occupancy The Good: •Free room upgrade to the top floor with a sea view and balcony. •Spacious room with clean sheets, a large bathroom with a tub, full toiletries, mini bar, sofa, and work area. •Room service breakfast was enjoyable. •Great value for a 5-star hotel at around 500 AED (including fees). •Location is accessible by cab. The Not-So-Good: •Bed was too firm for my preference. I feel like my bed at home is more comfortable. •Check-in took nearly an hour, despite few guests around. Our room wasn’t ready, though they did offer lounge access while we waited. •The touch-sensitive light switches were confusing and not intuitive. •No hotel transport available to Emirates Palace. Amenities Not Used: •Gym •Pool •Restaurants & Dining •Spa Overall Experience: Despite a few minor inconveniences, our stay was pleasant and felt like good value for the price. The upgraded room with a sea view and the quality of the in-room amenities made it a comfortable and relaxing quick overnight stay. Would consider coming back, to explore other hotel amenities and services.
