Solid hotel, SFO convenience and proximity far outweighs the top notch amenities, service, 24-7 food and market, and rooms. Loved the view, silent, couldn't even hear the aircraft from my inland facing room. No traffic, nothing. Great facilities, well maintained and clean. I never came here prior because I haven't flown international since COVID until now. I will be returning on my next international flight connection and SF stops .
Easy to get to on international arrival. We had an overnight connection and were able to stay here comfortably and easily. This is a Grand Hyatt, service was absolutely to standard for a Grand Hyatt and exceptional. They ensured the room was feather free for our stay. The room was exceptionally quiet despite having a very close up view of the airport (a plane was parked a few hundred feet away). Check in and out was nearly instant and it was easy to get to our connection in the morning via Air train. We took the red line from the airport to the hotel, and the blue line back to the airport from the hotel.
The Grand Hyatt at SFO has become our most favorite airport hotel in the Bay Area since it opened, by far. Modern, stylish, luxury hotel. Outstanding service, friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional and fast communication by chat or text. Very nice, spacious, quiet rooms, great views, good amenities. Easy, quick access to all terminals. Nice, good restaurant Quail + Crane, ideal for a dinner before a late night or early morning departure. Bar and food outlet for a quick grab. Perfect and convenient setup for upscale travelers.
