The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, situated right in the heart of Bogotá. It offers easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and business districts, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. I found it incredibly convenient to explore the city and return to the comfort of the hotel without any hassle.The dining options at the Grand Hyatt Bogotá are a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious choices, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The restaurants on-site served exquisite dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend trying the local Colombian cuisine; it was a gastronomic journey I won't soon forget. Great hotel with excellent amenities around it. The water circuit has a lot of options: pool, jacuzzi, massage pool, sauna and steam. In addition you can reserver a wide variety of massage in the same floor. Food: The Japanese restaurant Ushio us great, the main hotel restaurant is good but service is slow. There is a pastry store with great cake, cookies and macarons. Staff: great and always willing to help you in any manner. All staff are 5 star service. Room: Bed is great and the bath. TV service can be improved specially in the sport area. In general: decorations, plates and silverware are top. Great hotel!!..
