Nice hotel with great views. Right by the river and waking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. The room is big and service was great, James from the concierge helped me out to receive courier package as I had difficulty without a China phone number

Fantastic, simply Fantastic. We were here around 22 -24 of June 2025 and we were on the 56th floor and I casually drew the curtains in the morning and what caught me was WOW - simply Amazing, there was a river and an island in that river. what made that particular day Amazing was the perfect blend of cloud and sunshine on that day where the sun was not too harsh because of the clouds in the sky. What I saw took me back to a discussion that I had with a colleague of mine who explained the poem "Le Pont Mirabeau" to me. The breakfast is another highlight that needs attention, this is especially for people who come from the US or Europe, for $12 there was like a huge spread at least a hundred items. I spent forty minutes trying out each one and every thing I tried was just great, the eggs are actually cage free and the yolk was actually orange in color - I should mention this, as I have often come across low grade eggs in very expensive hotel breakfast buffet. If you are staying at this place don't miss the breakfast, its just wow. The hair dryer was a Dyson fan-less hair dryer - not those loud hair dryers you often find, and the bathtub is strategically arranged in such a way that you could soak yourself in the tub with a glass of wine in hand looking over the river and boats going by. And yes, if you happen to stay here don't miss the night market that is right next to this place - if you are a foodie you will love the food stalls there.

Heard that the concierge didn’t allow my Taobao parcel (arrived ahead of me) to be placed with them and insisted on letting the courier put at the locker downstairs (very inconspicuous and hard-to-navigate corner by the way). Also, from the courier, the concierge personnel might have allegedly abused him verbally while instructing him to place the parcel downstairs. Yikes. The room is up to expectation, but it’s very funny that a relatively newly furnished hotel didn’t come with a dedicated DND switch and instead we have to hang a DND sign on the door.
